Just wanted to thank all you "regulars" and the CLs here. As a recently dxd type 2, there was just so much information and it was getting really hard to sort through after the 'honeymoon' phase of being really good and careful wore off. With the direct encouragement and answers as well as reading answers to other people's posts, I'm getting right back on track, even better than before. Particularly useful were the posts on gauging how many carbs at a time to have. I'd been tracking carbs but had very little to use as targets, just the bits of information I gleaned by doing my own tracking (which was variable). I've rearranged my mornings and I'm getting better readings before and after breakfast and before lunch (those were my biggest problem areas most of the time).
So, thanks to all and keep it up
