Well, I had my appointment with my new Endocrinologist for my diabetes (I've been type 1 for 32 yrs. soon to be 33 yrs.) who told me to stop taking a few of my herbal supplements such as E & B6. I do plan to stop the E once I have finished the new bottle I just got, but will not stop using the B6 that got prescribed for me by my wrist surgeon to help with my tetanitis and carpal tunnel. I am happy to report that my A1c was 6.2 the lowest it has ever been even while pregnant the lowest I could get it down to was 6.8 so I am doing something right in my opinion. I'm also getting a new insulin pump that is being shipped out Monday or will arrive on that day and so excited about that especially since we are planning to also get me the attachment of the glucose monitoring system that attaches to the pump since it has alarms for when my blood sugar is high or low and that is just what I need since I don't have any symptoms of either. If I had my way I would go back to my previous Endocrinologist only he is not on our insurance so I had no choice except to go with this doctor since the other one is not taking new patients at all and has no idea when she will be. I don't care for this doctor at all, but love his educators and the rest of his staff. My next scheduled appointment is in 3 months only I have to set get an appointment with one of his educators to help me get my new pump all set up so will be calling to get that scheduled.
Sorry I haven't been posting at all, but I've been so busy with the kids also taking care of our newest litter of Chihuahua pups that our long haired female Daisy Mae had, which I will share a link with pictures of all of our fur babies including one we kept from Belle's litter I named Onyx who is Maxwell's puppy and my new female Yorkshire Terrier I named Pixie. Hoping everyone is doing great. Have a fantastic day!

Well, look who came by to visit!! So nice to see you again. I can't believe that Avery is almost 7 years old. My how time has flown!!
I hope you get your new pump as scheduled and that you get the added features. Please let us know how it works.
How many dogs do you have now? I still have only Abby but hubby suggested that we get her a friend. This is amazing since he threw a hissy fit when she came to live with us. She is an absolute delight.
Take care and have a great day,
Thank you Mary Frances very much. It is great to finally find the time to stop by for a visit. Yes, times has really flown by and I myself cannot believe that Avery will be 7 already. Where the heck did the time go?
I will of course let you know how it goes especially if I am able to get the new glucose monitoring system that I am hoping to get. Just waiting to see how much insurance will cover on that, but at least we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket on the new pump.
Well, you are going to think we are crazy for having 8 Chihuahuas and 1 Yorkshire Terrier. Each of the kids has their own dog, Clint has 3, and the other 3 are mine. We also have puppies with 3 females & 1 male, but one of the females is sold already. Sounds to me like your husband really likes Abby since he thinks she needs a playmate or is that he wants his own cat now, which they usually come around and end up getting their own pet. LOL Clint swore up and down he would never own a small dog, but he has 3 Chihuahuas he loves and is proud to own even shows them off when he takes them out with him for a drive. LOL
You take care to and have a fabulous day.
