Carb Guidelines - What do you follow?
- 45/meal, 15/snack
- 30/meal, 15/snack
- Other ... please explain

Because my morning readings are usually high, I keep breakfast to 20-25 grams of carb. Lunch and dinner are more in the 30 gram range most of the time but not always. Snacks tend to be in the 15 gram range. But, given other factors (menstrual cycle, stress, illness, etc) sometimes I keep it higher or lower than that.
