Do any of you knowq of a web site where I can put my own recipes in and have the nutritional analysis of them done? I have been to calorieKing but they have their own recipes. I have some old family recipes I would like to lighten up but I need to know where I am starting.

I tried to post this yesterday but my dial up connection was cranky, so figured i would do it after work today.
the master cook software would do this if you entered recipes. i am not sure the people putting that out have not been gobbled up by other companies, but I know i have seen some cheaper versions of the software.
Yep I sure do :)

there is a recipe calculator there and it tells you everything:) carbs sugars vitamins, calorie etc.
That's IT! Awesome! I just put in the ingredients for DH's veg chili (2 cups black beans, 2 cups pinto beans, and so on), entered the number of servings, and voila, the per serving values appeared. (BTW It was pretty close to what I had calculated the long way which was nice to see).
I've bookmarked the link so I can go back and get data as needed (like for DH's homemade pizza - whole wheat dough with tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella - less sodium than regular mozz).

Glad you like it ...and the others too.
Lynn,
Thank you! This was a fun site also. I ran into a 5 minute sugar free recipe for lemon pie that sounds absolutely delicious. Just what we needed.
