I have decided today that I am going to stop taking one of my meds.  I will do what my dr wants me to, but I am going to also try not taking the one med I have now and see what happens with my glucose too.  I need to write it down but when I go back in the memory of my meter, my numbers were higher than 'usual' for me when I started that med but not I have to do something serious now before it gets out of hand.. and has gotten higher and higher.  I found today that it will raise your glucose.  I want to see if it is the cause of this!

I wonder how long it will take to get out of my system to notice a difference?

Cheryl;

Hyperglycemia (high blood sugar) is a known side effect of this medication.

Do you have a guess at how long till the bg might go down if it is indeed the cuprit?

There are so many things that contribute to elevated BG that it is difficult to tell.
