I've HEARD that the Spa line of Lean Cuisines is aimed at diabetics......
I wondered what other brands/lines/specific meals are "good" for diabetics?

Mostly here at work I do leftovers (fridge and microwave available). Since I've already determined that it's "safe" (from having it at dinner and testing), and pre-portioning it when we put it into containers, I don't have to think about it, just grab from the fridge and go. Nuke for a minute (or less) and it's good to go.
Other fast stuff:
Tumaro's brand low carb multigrain tortillas wrapped around just about anything (meats, cheese, veggies, etc) - as quick as a sandwich with less carbs than regular breads. My dad found an Arnold brand low carb sandwich bread that he likes (He's trying to avoid diabetes)
For snacking on the go, string cheese is portable and easy. What we call "Ogre mix" is good - mix up your own trail mix with nuts and dried fruit - go light on the dried fruit because of the sugars but since you need a -little- carb in it, the protein from the nuts and the fiber from the nuts and fruit can help with the carbs (as always test for yourself how much dried fruit is okay for you and which kinds - raisins, dried cranberries, and so on). We call it ogre mix because we don't shake it all up, just leave it layered - ogres have layers (from the movie Shrek) Whole fruits like apples and pears can be good snacks as well. If you've got a little bit of time, quarter & core the apple, then top with nut butter and cinnamon. Yogurt can be a good snack - check on the carbs, it can vary widely from around 10 grams to about 30 grams depending on the size and ingredients/flavors.
If I do a breadless sandwich, I put the cheese on the outside, it's less slippery than having the ham or turkey cold cuts on the outside :-)
