I'M SUPPOSED TO KEEP TIGHT CONTROL

With my other autoimmune diseases making me an excellent stroke or heat attack victim I'm supposed to keep really tight control of my blood sugar.

This is my first mobile holiday of the year and my numbers for the past several weeks look like a roller coaster on steroids. Hyperglycemic highs and hypoglycemia lows which make for an weekly number that looks good but in my opinion is not.

If this continues I need to see the doctor but does anyone have suggestions about keeping blood sugar on an even keel.  I read the post that was bumped about carb numbers.  A breakfast of less than 3 carbs put my sugars over 100 and I seem to stay there or higher the entire day.

I'm a person that lives to eat (The watching portions and counting carbs has been awful) while DH eats to live.

It will get easier won't it?
