hello!

A week ago I started to feel a little pain close to the groin area on my right side almost like if something was pulling, not really hurting...but it only hurts a little when I workout at the gym. My question is....it is possible that is not an hernia? and if it is, can I do something to prevent it from growing? I already have an hiatal hernia that have for like 7 years:( it bothers me sometimes and now it is more noticiable than when i first discovered it,is that dangerous? i am a little afraid of surgery because i heard that is done by making several cuts around the stomach...ouch!

thank you and sorry for my bad english:)

Kroko, Just be careful when you are exercising, *if its a hernia it could pop out and not go back in.. It also could be a strained muscle.

well, i asked to a personal trainer about my pain and she explained to me how to do the exercises so i don't hurt that area, I did what she said and i felt the diference, after working out i had no pain, i am very happy about that, but i will check with a doctor just in case. thank you Wren for your time and good advise:)

greetings.
