Well, I am finally going to Northwestern today to meet with my doc and have an MRI after 2 1/2 months of trying to get in. I am so nervous! This MRI is for my tumors on the liver- to see if there was any growth. But finally I get to ask him about my pain. I have to say though, I have been eating yogurt everyday or taking acidoupulus(?) I haven't had an attack now for about 3 weeks. They seemed to be occurring about every 2 weeks and lasted a week. I'll let you know how it goes. Wish me luck!! Adrienne

I am so fustrated. Thank you for your prayers and thoughts. I went to Northwestern 2 weeks ago to meet with my doc about my benign liver tumors. I was scheduled for an mri as well to check growth on those. I told him about my mid upper adbominal pains praying that he would have some insight. Needless to say, nothing!! This man is supposed to be top in his field and he said its probably just something that needs to go away on its own. This has been going on for 7 months!! The Mri came back alright- no growth with the tumors. I have been trying to take probiotics(acidupuolus?) Stangely enough, I ended up with a yeast infection. Pain is still there though, on for 5 or so days, off for about 2 weeks. Cannot seem to correlate it with my cycles. I have noticed that pain seems a little lower than before- instead of very top of ribs now more bwteen there and belly button. I have no idea of what that means though! Thanks for listening! Adrienne
