Hello everybody,

I am new to this board, I have some questions,I was wondering what anyone thinks my symptoms could mean

I was having problems with my inner ear about two months ago, I was very dizzy. Well, I panicked all the time and cried. I did not eat a lost a loot of weight. I went from 120 to 100 in almost two months and I'm 5'4. Its hard to eat when you feel so dizzy. The doctor said I have fluid in my ears and gave me some Flonase. It lightened up a bit but now my nerves are shot. Anyway, I was starting to eat more when I got a burning sensation in my stomach with bloating I was given previcid and no longer have the burn but I have horrible bloated I feel it everywhere, My chest my throat my ribs. I am also nauseous a lot. Do you think it is nerves along with not eating. I don't understand I eat very small and still get very bloated. Please someone help. It gets so bad I cant take a deep breath. I have a doctor appointment this Thursday for an ultra sound and wondering if there is anything I should discuss with the doctor. My stomach also makes funny noises also. I feel like there is a pit in my stomach. Can this be anxiety? I had a blood test for H pylori and it came back negative. I am so scared that now this is really freaking me out. All I do is cry. I also have post nasal drip and I don't know if the post nasal drip could be causing this or not but it feels like I have a lump in my throat, I feel it when I swallow. Its right under my jaw in the middle. Sometimes it hurts and my neck muscle's feel tight. Someone please help, Could this possibly be stress or anxiety related? I have had panic attacks in the past and now it feels like I am in a constant state of panic. But then I feel like I wouldn't be panicky or crying if I felt better. My boyfriend thinks if I go off the previcid I will feel better. Also my stomach in the top middle feels sore and under my ribs feel sore also my back where my ribs are feels sore also

Thanks

Hi Leelee

A few years ago I had vertigo off and on. My ears were always ringing. This went on for over two years. I went to the ear doctor twice and to a few doctors. They never figured out what was wrong, but I am better now. I was going through a job change that was stressful, but I have not idea why this lasted for a couple of years.

I think your stomach problems are due to stress. I am also having intense bloating and am now searching for an answer to that. Try to eat very healthy foods. Have you tried acidopholis, or eat yogurt with the active cultures?

Hi Leelee,

I hope you start feeling better soon. I have a question for you. After you eat, even just a little bit, do you start feeling full? I am asking this because many of your symptoms sound like symptoms I have had. When I first got sick, a lot of people thought I might just have anxiety because I kept feeling like I was having trouble breathing. But eventually I was diagnosed with a disease called gastroparesis. basically it means your stomach doesn't digest as quickly as it should. So, as a result, you start feeling really bloated after eating only a small amount of food, and it gets worse through the day usually. I have also had some of the other symtoms you mention, including feeling like it is hard to breathe, and feeling tightness in my neck muscles. I also have difficulty swallowing sometimes.

I'm not saying that this is what you have, but I just wanted to offer it as a suggestion if your doctor doesn't know what is wrong with you, and you keep having problems, it could be looked into.

Have you seen a Gastrointestinal Specialist? Or just a regular doctor?

It sounds to me like you are not digesting your foods and that your small intestine may have some kind of blockage. Until you get the ultrasound, try chewing your food atelast 32 times before swallowing or eat things like milkshakes or yoghurt.

It could be a cyst, infection, irritated or swollen lining. Or you could just be experiencing an on-set of Celiac or Chron's Disease. How old are you?

Many poeple discover these diseases for the first time and they are erupted by small things like stress or illness. Its possible that you are unable to digest some of the foods bc your body cannot tolerate the ingredients... therefore it is turning into bacteria and eating away at healthy tissues and possibly causing irritations or cysts.

Please dont be concerned. This may not be the case... but something to bring up with your doctor atleast.

But the good thing is that its all treatable.

keep us updated! please?
