Discomfort after drinking iced drink

Last night when I was out to dinner, I had a frosted margarita. I rarely drink tequila let alone frosted drinks. After the drink, I had a very uncomfortable feeling in my chest and upper stomach area. The feeling became so intense, I had to go outside for air and then felt kind of faint. I was not light headed from the alcohol, this was a very different feeling. I drank some warm tea, and the feeling went away. I almost thought it was a heart attack or something very serious. The feeling lasted about 15 - 20 minutes.
Has anyone ever had this happen when drinking something very cold?
