Okay, first I would like to say I am a 19 year pretty healthy college student. I mean my diet isn't that terrible. But I need some help to figure out if anything is wrong with me.
Okay, so it's like everytime I eat something, less than five minutes lately I'll pass gas! I'm not sure if it's a certain type of food, I'm going try to keep a journal. But I'm not sure. I'll eat something then I can actually feel it move around in my intestines I think then I have to pass gas! What the heck, there are some days when I pass gas alot, and the gas really smells but then some days I hardly pass gas at all??
Also, this happens to me, that'll it will go away for like a month and then start acting up again and then go away again. It's when I'm sitting down usually in the car, I'll get these fast intense rectal pain, it doesn't last long like 5 seconds (literally)the pain is really intense that I have to grab onto something when it happens. I have no bleeding and no history of constipation EVER, sometimes I can feel my rectal area just twitch a little but hardly ever. Also does sitting prompt any rectal discomfort at all, because with me it does.
So what the hell is going on with me? I'm fairly healthy, I could eat a lot better like what kind of diet should I be eating. I've always been stressed out majorly ever since I was a kid, could I have like stomach ulcers or something. Please help me, what should I do!
