Had EGD today. Gastritis & bile reflux ?

Hi Everyone :-)
I had my EGD today. Went ok. Still a little confused. Dr told me afterwards he still felt it was IBS & fibromyalgia, but also told me & wrote down on my diagnosis sheet that I have bile reflux, gastritis, GERD, & hiatal hernia. He put me on Carafate Suspension. Anyone here have bile reflux? What is the usual treatment for it? Also, how about the gastritis? He did take biopsies & will know the results hopefully by Monday. Anyway, if anyone can shed some light on this, I would be forever greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Well first
Hey Tara!
Here is what I know about the bile reflux...never had it though...
Bile is a fluid made in your liver and stored in your gallbladder. It helps your body digest fats. Bile travels to your small intestine through thin tubes (bile ducts). Normally, a ring-like muscle at the outlet of your stomach (pyloric valve) prevents bile from entering the stomach. If this valve doesn't work properly, bile and bile acids can back up (reflux) causing inflammation in the stomach (gastritis) and esophagus (esophagitis).
