Can a big tummy exist because of this?

Hi everyone!

A very long time that I've been having bloating, having gas really bad, my tummy makes many noises when I'm sitted, which makes me very ashamed when I'm in a silent place with other people. I have an apointment with a doctor next Tuesday, because I really don't know what causes this (I don't know if it is lactose intolerant, or whatever).

I'm just wondering another thing: I exercise a lot, but I always have a big tummy, I just can't seem to lose it at all! I notice diferences in the rest of my body through working out, but nothing on my tummy ( I look like 7 months pregnant)!!!
I started thinking that maybe my big tummy isn't fat, but bloating. Because usually fat is soft when we touch, but my tummy is not soft at all, it is hard and stiff, although it's big. Can this be related to my digestive disorder? So, it is explained why I don't seem to lose my tummy despite so much abs and aerobic exercises I do?

probably it's related to your disorder, yes. My stomach has no fat at all but it's not small as other girls'. It's very frustrating.

Thanks for your answers!

When the cause of the problem is found, and when a person starts proper treatment (a proper diet, medication), will the big tummy lose its bloating and return to a normal size? I sure hope so, because this is so annoying!!! I have a fit body with a kinda 7 month pregnant tummy. YAIIICKKKSSS!!!
