bloating after eating

Hello Everyone!
I'm new to this so I hope I found the right place to post my question. Lately, I've noticed that every time after I eat my lower abdomen gets so bloated! I could easily be mistaken for being pregnant! It seems to subside after awhile, for example, when I eat dinner at night I become very bloated. The next morning when I wake up my abdomen is down to it's original flat size. I hate that it does this because it's so uncomfortable. When I'm out in public and this happens I'm constantly having to suck it in because it's embarrasing! Will regular exercise take care of this or is it certain foods causing this??
Any advice would be great!

Ok, now that makes sense. I do eat alot of fatty foods which I know I shouldn't. I am going to start watching my diet and see if that helps!

Thanks so much for your advice!
I'm glad I posted!

I can't say this enough, please visit www.secretenergy.com they specialize in abdomen pains etc. I think you might have disbyosis (not sure of spelling) you might need more beneficial bacteria in your colon.
