Hello Donna K ,
Well what
Donna,
Sorry your still not feeling well. I am in the same boat :o(
Have you been tested for gastritis(inflammation of the stomach) or Gastroparesis(slow emptying of the stomach)? I know they can make you have a "full" feeling in your stomach. I have Gastritis and I feel like I have a brick in my stomach after only eating a few bites. I am also nauseated about 30 minutes after eating, and experienced acid reflux--BAD until I started Pariet(aciphex). It's not fun to have and nothing seems to be helping. The Pariet works for about a week and then stops working and the symptoms return. It works great for the acid reflux, but the nausea and heavy feeling is still there. I am looking into something called Mastica(a more natural remedy) that is suppose to help some stomach problems.
I hope you find out what is wrong and get well soon!

Take care

They test for Gastritis when you have an endoscopy done with a biopsy. Gastroparesis is tested by eating radioactive eggs(I think) and they watch how fast/slow your stomach empties the eggs out. If at least half the egg hasn't digested(left the stomach)in a certain amount of time then you have gastroparesis. I have not been tested for this but my dr. put me on Domperidone(for motility problems)assuming that was my problem. I didn't take it though because the side effects are numerous!
I am with you on the waking up feeling good part. I haven't had one of those days since before I was pregnant with my son almost 2 years ago. I think it would probably be a shock to my system if I did! LOL
The next step my dr. mentioned is looking at stress as a cause of my symptoms...LOL the only thing I am stressed about is what on earth is causing my symptoms!!

Isn't much change to me, except the aching under the rib cage is gone. The nausea is still here and the gas/belching has gotten worse. I agree with Donna K., I am almost regretting having it removed!

To Both Donnas,
