Digestive problems

not sure if this is the right placet to post this but I am desperate(and I guess it can be considered a digestive disorder... ), if anyone can relate or has ever heard of anyone having something similar happen I would sure like to hear from you!
It all started after having my son two years ago, I delevoped "sensitivity" to certain foods. I am trying to find out what it is they have in common that makes me so ill.
The foods I have a problem with are:
Italian dressing
Spiced Apple Cider
Capten morgan spiced rum (!)
and MacDonalds Hash browns
I know - weird combination!!
If I happen to eat/drink any of the above (italian dressing is the hardest to avoid as people sneak it into recipies) I get violently ill - always the morning after I have eaten the offending food. It feels as if I have been poisoned and the poison has to get out of my body one way or another. The pains go right through my stomach into my back. I hyperventilate, sweat profusely and in general feel like I am going to die. It take about 3 -4 hours to pass.
I would rather give birth 10 times than go through this - its that bad.
Has anyone hear ever had a similar reaction to this? any idea what it is that could be causing this "poisioning" ? I dont have much hope that I can rid myself of this but it would help to know I am not alone.
I talked to a gastroentologist about this a while back but he blew me off with "women your age (35) often have strange reactions to foods". Fat lot of help that did me!
Thanks for any info you can give me.
