tired of always being nauseous

I just started college, and between that and work I'm definitely stressed. But i've been stressed before all while juggling between the two, and never had i ever felt so sick. I've always had nausea that would come about at random times for no apparent reason, and I would never actually be sick. Just severely nauseous. But lately it's been persisting for 3-4 days. Back in March I went to the gastro for the first time because I was just tired of always feeling ill. He asked questions and said my neurological exam was normal, and a rectal exam which was normal and then ordered an ultrasound and blood test. The blood test came back normal and nothing on the ultrasound. Recently I heard about someone who's on the pill Nexium which is supposed to get rid of acid reflux. I was thinking maybe I had that, but I never feel burning in my esophogus. ALSO- to mention, my nausea is never in my stomach, I never feel it there, it's always in my throat which I find weird. I get dry mouth and my throat feels like its kind of closed or blocked off (i'm still able to breath fine though) kind of like a lump in my throat that makes me feel sick. It's hard for me to get sick..like i'm scared or something and just can't come to mind to do it. The gastro said that if I ever chose to, I could go and do the endoscopy procedure where they sick the cam down your throat and what not, but I cant do that either. I'll gag! I just cant take it anymore. I want to know if there's anyone else out there who can relate with me somehow, share tips, how to get rid of nausea, what their docs say, etc..I really dont know what to do anymore. Please help!

oh p.s.- I've been on the generic prescription of Zantac..it worked for about 30 days and I was nauseous again, and now I usually take pepto bismol and a dramamine to feel somewhat better.

Aww everyone on here has been so sweet. I'm definitely going to take everyones advice and try out little bits and pieces to see what helps me out. Yes, the doctor did explain to me what will be happening. Thank goodness that I don't have to take barium or anything nasty like that. Just tonight I wont be able to have anything after midnight, that includes liquids. Then tomorrows the day! aah! I'm really nervous. I've been nervous about other things before, but this time its a kind of nervous that i've never felt..if I even think about what they are going to do to me tomorrow, I feel so sick. :(
