recommendations for churning/gassy stoma

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good anti-gas pill, or something to aid digestion. For some reason, all too often I have been having stomach discomfort after meals (specifically lunch and dinner, not really an issue after breakfast for which I eat dairy and everything). The strange thing is, the gassy/churning sensation seems to come kind of a while after the meal, maybe 3 hours or so after. And, I can't really pin it down to one type of food that would cause it. Ideas/recommendations??

Thank you so much!!

Gas-X is a good anti-gas pill, and it's tasty too. Beano is another good one that works.
If it's dairy that's causing the problem, you could try Lactaid pills- they help with digesting lactose in milk products.
