Help! Fluid filled cyst in stool?!

I have a lot of problems with IBS, stress, etc. But the other day I was having severe cramps as normal, and they only get better by eventually having diarrhea. Well I finally went and my stool was soft but I noticed that apart from my stool was a fluid filled sac. It looked perfectly rounded, like the flat bottomed marbles that come in colors and you can put in a vase with fake flowers. The fluid looked clear with a yellow tint. I got a lot of toilet paper and picked it up. The bottom was a yellowish green and looked like soft stool. I then proceeded to put it back in the toilet and pushed it down to see if it popped and it did. It made a big pop noise. What is this? Should I be worried. I called my doctor-yet now-a-days the nurse answers your questions and she said it was probably a cyst that came off and passed. Please anyone know anything about this?
Thanks so much,

Glad you found us Kim.

I have never heard of this and suggest that you make an appointment to see and talk with your doctor.

The following site is rather scientific, but does address fluid filled cysts in stool...
