Without a gallbladder, stones rarely recur. Patients who have continued symptoms after their gallbladder is removed may need an ERCP to detect residual stones or damage to the bile ducts caused by the original stones. Occasionally, the ampulla of Vater is too tight for bile to flow through and causes symptoms until it is opened up.
ERCP ? what ever that is ..well so far so ok here Barr

Glad to hear that you are starting to feel a bit better. We all heal at our own pace, so don't compare your recovery to anyone else's. Also, stop looking for 'symptoms' and things that might be going on. Right now you are feeling all types of things, as your body is healing. You'll work yourself into a tizzy, reading about things that 'might' happen.
When do you see your doctor again? I agree, if your pain is intolerable, you should see him/her soon, but otherwise, keep a list of questions and concerns to mention at your next appointment.
The fatigue is your body telling you to sleep and get the rest it requires to heal properly.
