I feel nauseous alot

No matter what I eat I feel nauseous. Pretty much every day I feel sick to my stomach. I've told my doctor about this and she just tells me to watch what I eat and whatever makes me sick don't eat it. Sometimes what I'm eating doesn't make me sick and other times it does so I can't really say its a certain food that makes me feel sick, its basically everything makes me feel sick. I'm 23 and since I was about 10 I've felt this way. Is there something really wrong with me or is there some type of medication for this? I just hate eating cause I feel sick all the time but I eat anyways cause if I don't of course I'll feel even worse. I would really appreciate any suggestions you may have.

Have you considered seeing another doctor, or isn't that an option for you? It doesn't sound like she takes your symptoms very seriously, possibly because of your young age, but that is wrong to assume that you are 'too young' to have an issue that needs serious testing.
Here is some information about nausea, see if it is helpful and if not, please return and ask more questions, OK? It also includes some info about vomiting, but if that isn't one of your issues, feel free to ignore that part of it.

<You could have a blood sugar problem. With Hypoglycemia, people often feel nauseous, shaky, or light-headed if they haven’t eaten for a while. With Reactive Hypoglycemia, the symptoms come on within an hour or two of eating.
