Whenever I drink or take certain painkillers I get extremely nauseous.
No matter how little I drink I always start to feel it right away. It's like a mix between a really bad stomach ache and being nauseous, but i've never thrown up from it, and it lasts around a day.
I love drinking, but it's not even worth it to me anymore.
Anyone know what this could be?

Are you drinking and/or taking medications on an empty stomach? That can cause nausea, plus mixing alcohol with most medications can cause more serious problems, like liver damage.

No, it's never on an empty stomach, and it's never mixing either.
It's like this even if it's a glass of wine at dinner.

Have you mentioned this to your doctor? I would think that he/she would want to look into what could be causing this problem. Of course many might just tell you to quit drinking any alcoholic beverages, but I'd still push for some answers. Here is some information about nausea; vomiting is also addressed, since they usually go hand-in-hand....
