Hi! I am 5 months post-op for gallbladder removal. My symptoms were pain and discomfort in the middle bottom of ribcage. Feeling sick and having "attacks" also that caused me to lose about 25 lbs in 2 months. Anyway, my gallbladder was bad, one gallstone, grit, inflammed. I still to this day do not feel normal. I still cannot eat certain food and have still have "attacks" of naseua(sorry sp!). Some days are better than others. I go to the dr's and they act like they have no idea. I have a feeling i have hiatal hernia because it felt like i couldn't breath with the attacks, also i have burning pain, and if feels like food just sits right below my ribs in the middle. ( I've been having these symtpoms since last July.) I'm sorry if this is sounding all over the place but i having been feeling good for about a week because i had the stomach flu Tues-Wed. and still feel slightly sick. It usually takes my stomach awhile to feel right again. I'm just really frustrated. I wanted to know if anybody still feel sick after getting you GB out or even experience these symptoms. I also wanted to mention, i'm waiting to go back to the dr. because we are getting new ins. starting June 1st.
