Would anyone have suggestions on treating gastritis with herbal remedies, teas, supplements?

Any success with drinking peppermint tea, or is it too soon to tell? Ginger is also good at soothing tummy issues, hence the use of ginger ale when folks are ill. I also find Chamomile tea to help calm my stomach at times.

I agree that Chamomile tea can taste harsh, but only if it is brewed too long. Have you tried a shorter brewing time?

Thanks for checking in on me!

You are welcome, that's what I do because I really do care!
