I am new here.


I think I might be getting a ulcer. What foods do you eat for ulcers? I will not eat cottage cheese.

Glad you found us Mari! I read a bit of your profile and found it quite interesting and entertaining too! I liked that you are a retired housewife...I keep trying to be one too, but my dh isn't playing along at ALL! Any tips, other than totally going on strike? LOL


As for an ulcer diet, I really don't know of one, plus you really should get a definite diagnosis and suggestions from your own doctor.

Sorry, I took so long getting back to you. I haven't saw any more blood in my stools. I go to my Doctor tomorrow. I am going to have her check for ulcers. I don't know how long it will take to find out something.

good to hear! I hope that cutting back the spice will help settle things down. Let us know how that works out for you ok?
