Cannot figure this pain out. Help!

I had my colonoscopy last Thursday; doc saw nothing, just hemmorhoids which I already knew about. He has not gotten the results in from the biopsy he did; said since he didn't see anything that my pain might be from something microscopic like a parasitic infection.
I went to my health center on campus yesterday due to intense pain and all day nausea. That doc did an x-ray which was normal and blood work (which my stomach doc has not done any of this!) which showed nothing. White count was normal. Doc gave me Tramadol for the pain and Anaspaz for the cramping. Nothing is helping. I feel like I have a giant knot that just is constant under my rib cage; had some pain on the left side this time. My appetite is is gone. Everything I eat causes pain and feelings of nausea. I went to a church function last night and had soup, I threw up so many times I was exhausted when I got home.
Any suggestions?? I feel washed out due to all of this pain, I'm so tired. I never take naps, but I came home from class and was in the bed for 3 hours straight..dream stage and all. A church member told me maybe it's endometriosis and that I should get an appt. with a Gyn...should I?

I know gallbladder can cause lots of pain... not sure if that's what you may be experiencing... my first attack felt like a heart attack.

Are you having pain anywhere else?

See whoever you can... you never know who might be able to help you... even if they order tests & refer you to someone else.

It was a Crohns specialist that found out my kidneys were failing!

Get the help where ever you can!

All the best to you...

The pain started on my right side of my intestines along with constant constipation and nausea after eating which the doc thought could be Crohns so he ordered a colonoscopy which turned out fine. Now the pain has moved from right side to the top and today was felt on the left side as well. I also have pain in my lower back that feels different from back pain; when He was feeling for pain in my first appointment with him, he said I was real sore at the sacrum-illiac joint in the lower back. I've started to notice that in my left arm only I get this very odd tingling & "dead" feeling from the elbow down on the top of my arm, like a nerve is pinched or something. I have no idea if that is related or if that's just a pinched nerve somewhere but it never occurs in my right arm and it will lasts for hours; it comes and goes but is so odd. I'm left-handed. Someone also mentioned being lactose intolerant to me..could that be any of these symptoms? I drink milk regularly, and have had no problems, but lately with this pain, I can't tell what foods, if that's the case, causes it. It's just all the time!

Pain just under the rib cage along with pain in the lower back, along with your food issues, is a sign of pancreatitis.

How is my pancreas checked? I'm going to my health center Monday, pronto with this. My biopsy showed nothing, and the stomach doc just called in something to help with cramping in the stomach...He's going to see me again on July 9th, but I'm not waiting that long. I'll go see the doctor I just saw on campus. My white count was normal..My parents seem to think it's just a nervous stomach since I'm busting my hump to graduate at the end of July, but I'm always a stressed person and NEVER have felt this knot thing. Hate to sound dumb, but since the pain is under the rib cage..is this the start of the stomach? Don't know how high up things are.

Thanks for the reply.

Sorry, but I don't really know how they check your pancreas.

Well I really can't help you... but if you're experiencing that kind of constant pain you need to get looked after...

I know when my gallbladder flares... my whole core & back is in pain... I am on the waiting list for surgery...

Would your painful arm happen to be your mouse arm???

I am really sorry... but you need professional medical help... immediately...

Please let us know how it goes... all the best...

How are things going now? My first thought was gallbladder or pancreas, too. Did you get checked again at the health center? What did they say? Are you feeling any better? Sadly, gastrointestinal problems can be very hard to diagnose. I hope you are getting some help.
