Thanks for that, Amy. My problems with travel tend toward constipation and my husband and kids have problems with motion sickness. There is some good information in the article for dealing with both.


Is it just me, or do slides 5 and 6 have the same text? The headline is different, but the text is the same and deals with heartburn.
