Well this morning I was going to post that I am back in the game. This morning my doc told me that my cyst is gone and I can start on the clomid again this month! YAY! He just called me back and told me that my bloodwork shows that my eggs are already growing and its too early for them to be growing. I am currently at day 4. He also said it means that I have a lower number of eggs. He wants me to schedule a consult with my doc. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. Shouldn't it be good that my eggs are growing. This is so frustrating! I just want to cry...I thought this was going to be my month. They were going to start me on a higher dose of clomid. To top it all off I am turning 30 this Friday! Happy Birthday to me!

DH and I are both 29. We have been together since may 1999, got married 4-21-07. We have been TTC #1 since. 1 pregnancy in December 2007, then M/C in Jan 2008 (chemical preg). Just got a DX of Unexplained Infertility. Started 100 mg. of Clomid on 12-27. My doctor told me that my body is not making enough progestrone and now I am taking supplements. BFN. Doc is going to start me on a higher dose of Clomid. Taking a break from Clomid this month cause of my first known cyst

Sorry Cheryl! I wish I could answer your question about your eggs growing, it sounds to me like it would be a good thing too. I wish they would explain things better.
I had a rough time with 30 too (although it was 7 years ago:). Don't let the number bother you. And Happy early Birthday!!!

Hi Cheryl,
Had fun in chat, there really are usually more people there :)
I hope your doc has some good info about why they think the early growing eggs is a problem. good luck.
