So, I had my u/s on Tuesday... and it did not go so well.  There were no consistant follicles large enough.  DH and I were totally bummed, I think I cried for 2 days!!  I just dont understand why it's not working!  I was taking 150mg Clomid.  I suppose that it is just not for me.  I still have not talked to my dr about what to do next, I saw his PA when I went in Tuesday... I am going to call today and get it out of him what the hell is going on because it is driving me completely crazy.

Thanks ladies, I am definately going to ask about Femara if the 200mg Clomid does not do the trick.

Not that this will make you feel any better, but I too did not respond to clomid.

Hi,

Hang in there, I remember these aptmts and the disappointment. I tried 3 mths ofclomid, 50mg, 100mg and150mg. Clomid didn't work for me either but my first month of Femara did the trick. It grew our wonderful follie and we got ourBFP that month. On clomid the follies were never big enough. Maybe ask about Femara if clomid doesn't workforyou. Many people don't respond to clomid.

Best to you! Hang in there!

That IS a bummer! I hope you get an answer out of your doctor today. I will be interested to hear what they do at this point. Hopefully he will move you to a different medication.

HUGS! Setbacks are a major pain.
