I'm absolutely heartbroken. Started having cramps yesterday about 6am, became severe about 11am. Called the RE, since I wasn't spotting, they thought it was OK. Cramping got better, but started bleeding around 4:30 to 8:30 pm.  Ultrasound this morning shows most likely ectopic. They will do another tomorrow and then methotrexate if they are positive.

This is so not fair! I can't quit crying.

Me 33, DH 36. TTC since November 2007. Possible miscarriage in January of 2008 (too early for BFP, but all symptoms point to miscarriage). Normal SA in Feb 2009. HSG showed large (50% of uterus) fundal fibroid in Feb 2009. Hysteroscopically removed in March 2009. Tried to concieve naturally until August. Repeat HSG was normal. 6 cycles of Clomid alone...never had a BFP. IUI #1 = 01/13/10, BFN. IUI #2 = 3/11/10, BFP 03/26/10, beta 1 = 57.5, beta 2 (4 days after 1) = 661.

Oh no, I'm so sorry to hear this. With your numbers that's surprising. Here's to hoping that they are wrong and you get better results.

(((Big Hugs))) I know you're hurting. Please take all of our well wishes and find some light at the end of this. It's a terribly painful thing to deal with. I will be h&p your tube can be saved. Most importantly, hoping you are healthy. Still carrying a little hope incase they're wrong.

Just had emergency surgery today due to bleeding internally. Not too bad. Tube was saved with minimal damage! Doc says the silver linging is that now we know i can get pregnant.

Oh good, they didn't have to take the tube. That is crazy that the baby went from one side to the other. I never heard of that before. My Dr said the same thing to me "at least we know you can get pregnant." It's kind of hard to look at it that way, but I guess it is true.

Jamie, I'm so glad that they were able to save the tube but sad that your hope for this cycle ended in surgery.

Thank you. I am trying to look at the silver lining...but it is so tough right now as I'm sure you completely understand.
