I will preface this with the fact that I was a sneak and didn't talk about the cycle because I was utterly convinced of failure. After all, I had already had a failed DE cycle with my local RE and was starting new with SG and on top of that we chose a donor with frozen ooctytes so it was like a giant science experiment.
Transfer was back on April 30, we transferred 2 nice 3d 9-cell embies. Betas were all crazy high...1,592 at 15dp3dt, 3,855 at 18dp3dt and 8,795 at 20dp3dt. Everyone was convinced of multiples. Had my first u/s this morning and it looks like on very strong singleton. I saw and heard the hb at 117 bpm. There was a second sac that was much smaller and will "likely" not develop further.
I'm am still in a bit of shock...I can't believe we're actually here.
