Update & NT scan

Hey ladies, sorry I haven't been able to keep up here as well this past week, I've got a lot of catching up to do! Here's an update after the bleeding episode and NT scan.
My OB appt on Monday went okay. They said that the subchorionic bleed was a pretty good size bleed, so I may be bleeding for awhile. The bleeding has gotten better each day since and I haven't had any cramping. They measured my cervical length as well because I mentioned that the ER doc said my cervix was open a bit. It was measuring fine though thankfully. I'm able to go off of bed rest, but take it easy and do pelvic rest and everything should heal up. I have a recheck in 2 wks.
I had my NT scan today. The baby was positioned on its head, but of course started flipping all over like usual. One point he/she looked straight out to us as if to say "Hey there, what are you doing?" :) Here's the pic of that!
We had to wait a bit for the baby to lie on his/her back for the measurements. They checked both arms and legs and checked that the brain looked good too. The nuchal fold measurements were good as well (should get the blood results in a week).
They even did a 4D u/s as well! It was so neat to see the little babe's dancing movements. The arms were going up and down and a few times just the right arm went up and down (we said he/she was waving :) ).
When they did the 4D u/s, it looked like the cord was looped around the baby's legs. The lady looked at the blood flow and you could see the loop of the cord around. Aw, baby's got him/herself tied up! But, the lady assured me that she sees the cord in all sorts of weird positions and the baby will wiggle around and it won't hurt anything. You can really make it out on the pics.
They checked the bleed and said it is still bleeding. Originally, we were told it was between the 2 sacs, but with the u/s machine today, they were able to see that the bleed was above the 2nd sac and the baby below the 2nd sac. So, it looks more like that the bleed was indeed from the 2nd sac trying to resolve (it's measuring over 8 wks still though).
I went to the smaller office in my town and it was so much nicer all around. I didn't feel rushed and even without me saying anything, they said they know it's been a long, hard road for me, so don't worry about calling everyday if I needed to. Finally I felt like I wouldn't be looked at as a crazy, dramatic worry wart if I have to call!
Yay, I get to stop the progesterone, estrogen patches, baby aspirin and metformin today!! They told me to add a calcium supplement because the baby will take the calcium it needs from my bones and since I'm smaller, it can affect me later in life.
So, I have the recheck for the bleed & cervix on 6/21 and 16 wk appt on 7/7. Grow baby!
Sorry, that was so long!

Okay, that makes sense that the position of the placenta would affect the quality of pics.
