Doing a happy dance...

....but only in my mind! My butt is glued to my bed!

I am home resting, absolutely exhausted from the excitement of the day.

My cervical legnth went from.....***drum roll please....**** 1.05cm to 2.5cm!!!!! I cannot believe how much we gained! It's even longer than it was with the first cerclage!

I was doing some research and apparently cerclage is not used very often with twins, due to it's low success rate...and here, I've now had 2!

The doctors are absolutley amazed--first that we've made it this far, and second that we're in such a "good" place. DH and I are ecstatic...caustiously so, but ecstatic, none the less. :)

I have a follow up appointment first thing Tuesday morning and will continue my home contraction monitoring tomorrow morning. We only need another 13 weeks and 5 days to get to 36 weeks....strange to think that I've been on bedrest for a month already....one month down, 3 to go!

I am so thankful for you ladies.... I can't wait to catch up on what I've missed this week. :)
