My name is Amy and I am back again. My dh and I had done several different types of treatment and in Oct did our first IVF cycle. We became pregnant with twins and were thrilled. Unfortunately at 22 weeks we lost both twins (Henry and Faith)due to premature rupture of membranes. I am hoping to get cleared to try again when I see my GYN on 4/11. The following Monday I will be back at my RE's office for a consultation.
Many people are saying I should wait to try again but we have tried for so long and got so close I don't want to wait. My insurance covers infertility and there is a rumor that we might close the site I work at w/in a year and we can't afford to do IVF without insurance. If we wait it may never happen. I'm ready to try again.
I'll let you all know how my appts go.

Welcome back to the IVF board. So sorry you had to go through such a devastating experience. Life can be so cruel. I think you should go with your gut instincts. If you and your DH are ready to try again then do it. Try not to worry about what everyone else thinks. Only you and your DH know what is right for you.

I agree w/ AmyH. First let me start off w/ my sincere sympathies for your loss. It is so devasting to have to go through this all to begin with and then to have this kind of loss. My heart goes out to you.
You should do what your gut tells you to do. You and hubby are the only ones that can determine what is right for you. It doesn't help that you might lose your insurance either. If you feel your up for the ride, then I say go for it!! Good luck to you and ++++ thoughts & prayers.
