32 year old for ivf

hello. i am thinking about ivf. i have problems with my tubes that why i need to do this. i am 32 years old. my ovulation study are very very good. my concern is that this cost a lot of monet and it might not work out the frist time. i am here in miami and have been to a few of doctor but none of them i like because of there attitude. i need to no of a very, very, very good good, good doctor. i really wants to do this. can any one help me please.

At first, it may not seem like the friendliest place because they're very busy. And Dr. Jacobs (the other IVF doctor) has an abrupt bedside manner and comes across as very clinical. But both Jacobs and Akerman are very good doctors with high success rates for people in our age group. And their embryologist, Dr. Knickerbocker, is just a sweetheart. Everyone I know who goes there loves him.
I'm currently doing IVF #2. We have male factor but also need to do PGD (genetic testing) because both my dh and me carry cystic fibrosis mutations. I am in the 2WW and have my beta on 8/6.
I'd be happy to answer any questions about Dr. Akerman and the Center.
