my partner and i have been together for about 5 years. we have a very healthy relationship both phsyical and mental and trust each other implicitley.
Recently after sex i noticed that he had small red blotches on the head of his penis. when i asked him what they were, he said that he may be allergic to my fluids. (They dissappear after a couple of days. he said it has a mild itch, but isnt painful). Could this be so? I've never heard of this before, if it is, is there anything we can do about it.
We've had the discussion about him catching something from someone else, and i am 100% sure that he hasnt.
The next time we had sex, i checked the head of his penis before hand. It was normal. yet afterwards the same red blotches on the head appeared again.
We used the cap. we have tried it with spermicide and with out, and (yes i know it was risky) even tried it without anything, but yet again the red blotches came up. The only way they do not appear is when we use a condom. So it seems that when we have sex and he enters me 'naked' so to speak, he gets these red blotches.
i asked whether he has ever had them with any previous girlfriends, he said he hasnt.
i have no signs of thrush.
he gives me loads of oral, but it does no affect his mouth or tounge (sorry to be so crude, not sure how to word it). He does not get it when i give him oral, it only happens when he is inside me.
anyone had similar experiences, or recognise the symptoms described above. need to share views and ideas, especially how to treat it.

Hi there,
There are several different conditions that can cause the irritation...fungal or viral infections, STD's, cancer, or other diseases of the skin like eczema or psoriasis.
