My boyfriend was fingering me the other night and he was hitting my G-spot perfectly. Now I know all about what's supposed to happen, but I haven't experienced it. I was really close to climaxing but he switched hands and I relaxed a little... fluid came out and I realized I had to pee really badly. I think I actually peed. I know I didn't orgasm... unless the ejaculation comes later. Even so... I was pushing really hard all during the experience, and I never peed... why would I have then? Has this happened to anyone else? Could it not be pee? Could it just have been an accident?
Secondly, when we have sex in a certain position there is a dull pain on the inside near my lower back. What could that be? Has anyone felt that before?
Thanks, and please tell me of any experience you've had similar to these.

You could be a ‘squirter.’ What you experienced may have been the female equivalent of ejaculation. There is really no way to know for certain this time but, with your bladder empty you could try to recreate the circumstances, with him using the same technique and see if he can get you off again. A book that discusses female ejaculation is Rebecca Chalker’s The Clitoral Truth. You should be able to check it out from your library. My copy cost $20 US last year.
In what positions are you experiencing the back pain? When you are aroused your pelvis is engorged with blood and all your pelvic tissue is tight and swollen. If you can give us more detail… or, you could ask your doc. which is probably the better of the two ideas. Let us know what s/he says, ok?
Good luck,
Jill
