burning sensation during sex

My boyfriend and I have been having sex for 2 months now. The first few times were good but lately, its been nothing but a burning sensation for me. We used vaginal foam the first few times and that burned for awhile everytime but after a few minutes the pain went away. Now we just use condoms with lubricant. And it burns a lot more that it's not even enjoyable. I don't know why it burns so much. We use plenty of lubricant. It only burns during sex and no other time. I've also noticed a stronger smell from me when I go to the bathroom sometimes. We are both clean, so it can't be an STD. What could it be? Should I see a doctor or a gynecologist??? Also during sex, he pulled out to put more lubricant on, and there was this huge clump of white stuff on him! It was not sperm because he was nowhere near that point and it was on the outside of the condom, so it had to be from inside of me. What is wrong with me?!?

Good for you, using condoms! If you and your BF haven’t been tested for STIs and found clean, then condoms are the only things that will protect you. It sounds to me as though you have a yeast infection. If I were you I would see your doc and have a positive diagnosis made so you are sure to use the proper meds. to get rid of it. Guessing and using the wrong OTC meds can make it worse. Since you are newly sexually active this would be good time (if you haven’t already done so) to have a pelvic exam and STI tests just to make sure everything is ok and for baseline comparison as you get older. Let us know how you’re doing, ok?
Good luck,
Jill
