Thanks for posting an interesting poll!

I voted 'other' because I wear a diaphragm for flow control and contraception during my menses and a cervical cap as my primary contraceptive method during my inter-menses period. My 80mm Milex wide seal will hold about 65ml of flow and on a heavy day will fill in about 4 1/2 hours. Milex is a silicone rubber device and cleans up nicely afterward.

A diaphragm, of course, I hadn't thought of that, I know Softcups are pretty much the same shape (only not a contraceptive) should have figured that diaphragms could be used for this too, thank you for that :)
