After the sex interourse. Why his testicle still erected? Does it mean he's not satisfied at the first sex and didn't cum very well?

After ejaculation an erect penis will usually become flaccid within a minute or so which is why it’s important, when your partner is wearing a condom, that he hold the condom at the base of his shaft and withdraw immediately after IC so that the condom doesn’t slip off and ejaculate spill inside you. Sometimes, with very young men their resolution phase can be short enough that the penis remains erect and they are ready for IC again very quickly. If that’s the case and condoms are being used the old condom should be removed, his shaft dried off and a new condom put on him.

Or, if the man is taking a performance enhancing medication such as Viagra, Cialis or Levtria, that can lead to a prolonged erection in rare cases. A prolonged erection does not mean that your partner was not satisfied but it could mean that he is ready for more. Or, a prolonged erection (more than 4 hours) can be painful (and medically dangerous) and may mean that he has a medical condition that needs treatment. If he has very prolonged erections after IC he should see his urologist to find out what's causing the problem. Keep in touch and let us know how you’re doing.

Good luck,
