So my bf and I have been together and having sex for a month now. We've always used a condom because I told him he should get tested first for me. However the last time we almost did it without one...meaning he inserted unprotected, but i told him i was uncomfortable without one so he pulled out and we stopped right away. Should I be worried. I'm figuring someones gonna say go get tested as a precaution but seriously without that comment, should i be worried?

Hi snakegoddess, welcome!

I’m sorry to have taken so long to reply but I have been without my computer for almost a week, until today.

I'm sorry hon, I forget... You are on hormonal contraceptives, so you are just asking about STDs, right? If that's the case then it depends on your BF's sexual history. So, seriously, no one can say for sure if you have anything to be worried about or not. If he is sexually experienced with other partners I think he should be tested. You know there are no cures for some STDs and some are lethal so it's better to be safe than sorry. That probably isn't what you wanted to hear but it's the truth. Thanks for posting. Let us know what you decide, ok?

Good luck,
