Am I too loose down there?What to do.

I am so embarrased!....He would never say so but I feel "less than", in the sack.
I'm think my female parts are had. Am I crazy, after two kids and 9 years of marriage,
I feel like it's a JOB for him to make love with me. I feel too loose .
Please help!!

I think doing Kegel exercises would be a great way to tone your pelvic muscles. Here’s a good article about exercising the pelvic muscles: http://kidney.niddk.nih.gov/kudiseases/pubs/exercise_ez/index.htm It will take some time to build up to the point that you and he can feel the difference but it is so worth the effort! The nice thing about Kegels is that they are not difficult to learn and you can do them any time and anywhere. I do Kegels all the time as well as use Ben Wa balls and my partner and I are very pleased with how tightly I can grip him. Thanks for posting. Let us know how Kegels work for you, ok?
