Hi vilashini, welcome!
I think a certain amount of stretching of the vagina is normal and will occur after becoming sexually active. If that becomes a problem you can counteract the loosening by doing Kegel exercises which over time will tone your pelvic muscles and tighten the vagina. A good article about Kegels is: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003975.htm
The clitoris may become more or less sensitive from stimulation over time. I think it will depend on the individual woman and how and what stimulation is applied. Either way stopping the stimulation for a period of time could help restore your sensitivity to a level experienced in the past. There are also some commercial liquids sold in sex shops that are supposed to increase sensitivity. However, if you decide to try one of those be sure to try a tiny bit on your outer labia first to see if you have any reaction. Some women find the ingredients in stimulators can cause a very painful reaction.
Thanks for posting. If you have more questions, please ask. Let us know how you’re doing, ok?
Good luck,
Jill
