gagging whenever he cums...help?!

Hi, I wonder if anyone can offer some advice. In the last few couple of years I've been having a bad problem. Whenever my partner (this is not limited to just one guy) ejaculates, I gag and feel like I'm going to throw up. It doesn't matter if he's inside me with a condom on, or next to me masturbating. If I see it, feel it, or even just know it's happening, it makes me feel like throwing up.
The thing is-- I was not always like this! I have given oral sex where I swallowed, no gagging, and have even had it on my body and never gagged.
I really want this to stop. It is not the idea of ejaculation that bothers me. It actually turns me on, so why do I do this, and more importantly, how do I stop?
I am recently-turned single, but I have a "buddy." Should I tell him about this problem? So far he hasn't noticed it.
Thanks so much...this is so embarrassing but I don't know what to do!

thanks, I'd like to see a therapist but I don't have insurance. I am a graduate student getting my degree in therapy actually!! And we have free sessions there, but they aren't specific sex therapists. I can completely understand if it's emotional trauma from sexual abuse as a child....but it didn't bother me at first so it doesn't make sense.
Hi again hon,
Jill
Did anything change in your life about the time you began gagging? Or you or a friend have a particularly bad or revolting experience with ejaculate about that time?
---> I will have to think about when it started to answer this question.
Ok, you’re studying to be a therapist... I've heard of med students coming down with symptoms of diseases they are studying. Could it be possible you transferred something you studied into your personal life? That might be worth thinking or asking about.
---> Again I will have to think about this, but nothing comes to mind right now.
Edited to add: Or, is hypnosis used in your studies? If you were hypnotized about the time you began gagging is it possible that while under hypnosis you were been given a suggestion to gag at ejaculate?
----> No, I have never been or even tried to be hypnotized. The only thing I can think about is that in my second year of college I had a flashback memory of a time when I was either sexually abused or exposed to something sexual at a young age. At first it bothered me that I was remembering that event but I only remember the events leading up to and after, but not the actual act. I remember sleeping over at my friends house when I was about 7 or 8, her dad came into her room and got in bed with us. I don't remember what happened after that, except that the next day I was upset and never wanted to go back. That is the flashback I got. So who knows what happened with my friend's dad that night. IF that is the cause of my problem, besides getting psychological help, are there any ways that someone knows of that will help me get over it? I don't consciously hate it! I just can't control my stomach from turning.
thanks!
I hope you find out what is going on. Keep in touch and let us know, ok?
Hi again hon,
Jill
I will look into seeing someone about it. I actually get to put 3 hours towards my practicum for every hour I spend in therapy, so it's worth it in two ways. I am just so shy I'm not sure I could bring it up. The other thing is that I really don't feel problems with my past, I'm fine, and yet this is happening. It's amazing how our brains work huh? :)
Thanks for the advice!
