HELP!!!!!!!!!

In the last year or so I have been slowly packing on the pounds, (that I have been really trying to get rid of), and my husband knows this, and is no help, he tells me he loves me the way I am, and always will no matter how big I get. But the more weight I gain, the less we have sex. It has become SO bad that we don't even touch each other, and when I try to get close to him, he pushes me away (unless I'm going to give him head first). When I try to talk to him about it, he tells me he's just not interested in sex any more, and he works really hard so he's always "tired" all the time, and He's only 24. We've been together for 6 yrs, married for 3, when we first met, we would have sex at least 2 times a day, now I'm lucky if it's twice a month. Please help me and tell me what I can do to get sex back in my marrage?

Thank you so much for the advise. Every little bit helps. But the reason why I'm still so confused is because I've had my tubes tied for 3 years now. Everybody tells me that I don't look THAT bad I just need to get tone. When my husband and I first met, I was 130 over the last 4 years I've slowly become 190. and I'm 5-2. so I only have 60 lbs I need to lose and I know that's a lot but at least it's not 200. :}
Also, I have kept track of my calories, I've talked to my dr. I have tried EVERYTHING and nothing seems to work. On an average day I consume 2000 calories, which I've been told is very normal and healthy for me seems I exercise daily. I just don't know what to do anymore. after I had my daughter, I went right down to 140, then I got on the birth control patch: ortho evra, and I gained 40 lbs to 2 months so I quit using the patch and just got my tubes tied, and about a month ago I learned that I had cervical cancer, so I just had that removed a week ago, so I'm hoping I can get myself back to normal. But, thank you again for everything. And if there's anything I can help you with Please let me Know.
