Is there anything over the counter or by prescription for women to increase their sex drive? I DO NOT have one at all anymore.

I'm with the other answer. BUT.....I do know that we have found a sweet little cream called, "Orgasmix" and it is wonderful! Hubby and I use it from time to time and it "kicks" things up a notch every now and again. You might try it?!?!

Dear KY girl,

I have a very beautiful but post menopausal, lost her libido wife. Here's what I've found. There is a book out there, (paperback), called " Hot Plants" by Chris Kilham. He's a botony professor up at the U. of Boston. Read the book and try various things in there, especially "Hot Plants for Her". He even gives contacts for where to find all these plants. Hot Plants for her, (and him) can be found at www.enzy.com. (Stands for "Enzymatic Therapy Brand). Having said all this, Hot Plants for him works pretty good on me, but not at all on my wife, so good luck.

I'm still trying, so here's what else I've found. The Docs say its testosterone that gives one their sex drive. ( Yes women too--women have some testosterone in them, just not as much as men). There are "compounded" creams at compounding pharmacies that have harmones in them that one rubs into their skin. There's also another one that I've just learned of myself, ( have a call into the doc about it), called "Estratest". This is a lozenge that one puts under the tongue, and it will release testosterone without going thru the liver. I called the local CVS pharmacy, and they said " Yeah lotsa women use it and apparently like it".

Hope this helps.

You could speak with your doctor about obtaining a compounded testosterone cream. Dr. Susan Rako, MD, wrote a book called "The Hormone of Desire" that has suggested doses discussed. She believes most brand-name Rx testosterone is much too strong for women. Your local library probably has the book.

Hi!

My girlfriend & I found it at an 'upper-class' lingerie shop in Branson MO, called The Red Garter. They have a web site, you might try searching "the red garter branson mo"; I'm not sure. I know the number is 417-337-9542.

It is amazing, and the experience is well worth it! Let me know if you can't find it, I'll see what I can do for ya!
