Pimple on balls?

So, my boyfriend has a big pimple on his ball. We know it's not a STD or anything because we've been together for 5 years and we are eachother's firsts and onlys, and I know that FOR SURE. Just to get that out of the way. Anyways, it is a big like, white head, but it has a hard outer cover, we've tried popping it or something, but it won't budge. if you squeeze it, it feels hard as a rock and you can squeeze as hard are you can and nothing happens. Anyways, I was wondering if boys get these type of things, pimples i guess, on their balls, and how can  you pop it or get rid of it, because its gross and it just would be better if it was gone. Any ideas... let me know! Thanks!

hey there, here is what you boyfriends has. and trust me, it can become painful if not taken care of.

What are boils?

A boil is a red, swollen, painful bump under the skin. It often looks like an overgrown pimple. Boils are often caused by infected hair follicles. Bacteria from the infection form an abscess, or pocket of pus. A boil can become large and cause severe pain.

Boils most often happen where there is hair and rubbing. The face, neck, armpits, breasts, groin, and buttocks are common sites.

over time if he can stand the pain, it will form a white head and either him or you will have to sqeeze the dickens out of it till you get the core out of it. or he can go see a doctor and have it out in about 5 minutes with a lot less pain. good luck.

They are NOT Boils!, they don't hurt, I am a guy and I get them too. I too was worried that they were STDs the first time I saw them, they are NOT! They are just pimples. And getting rid of them by popping them is not as easy as a face pimple. I have come up with the solution of pricking through the hard skin of the scrotum with a sterilzed pin and gently sqweezing out the white stuff. It is very important to follow up with hydrogen poroxided right after and neosporin the next few days to avoid the potential of infection due to the area being closed in and subject to heat moisture and bacteria. It might scab for a few days but eventually it will clear and that part of ur sack will look as normal as the rest of it. The toughest part is pricking through the outer skin for the first time until u get the needle point in the center of that annoimg "white bead" and then it will drain out very slowly for the next day don't be scared if u find tiny blood stains on the tidy whites Since it is a very blood rich area, trust me I've done it several times before including tonight. You'll be fine!
