Resolutions for a Healthier Sex Life

1)  Monthly breast self-exams!


2)  Annual PAP smear/HPV test!


3)  If needed, gram those mammies!


4)  Drink cranberry juice!


5)  Don't be afraid to discover your body, and what feels good and doesn't feel good.  Pay attention to any changes so that if something is going wrong, you'll know immediately.  There is nothing about your body that a doctor or nurse hasn't seen, so don't worry about someone seeing parts of you that normally don't get exposed to sunlight.
