Fever blisters = genital herpes?

I am a female who gets recurring fever blisters on my mouth. Does this indicate by default that I may have the genital form of herpes as well - without ever having any symptoms (sores) of genital herpes? I have never had a blister or sore anywhere other than my mouth or face. I know that if I have an outbreak on my mouth and I perform oral sex on my male partner, that he runs the risk of contracting the virus on his genitals. But how does it work the other way around? I am more interested to know if I am putting my male partner at risk if he gives me oral sex. Does anyone have any information on this, or can you point me to an area that discusses this in particular? Thank you!

If you have had chicken pox as a child, it could also be herpes zoster or shingles.
